Rebecca Mason-Wygal is headed to The Palace Theater in Manchester, NH, to lead their sparkling production of Mamma Mia! as Donna Sheridan. Joined by fellow tour alumns Lauren Wright (Sophie Sheridan) and Andrew Tebo (Harry Bright), along with a cast of show-stoppers, the Palace is guaranteeing a rousing, rollicking, on-your-feet good time. Don't you for one second think this Dancing Queen would offer anything less!
Bless our show! Rebecca Mason-Wygal is joining the cast of the International Tour of Sister Act, the musical! As Mother Superior, she and her fellow nuns will be making appearances in Singapore, The Philippines, China, Japan and South Korea. This production will be super-titled in three languages, and will perform in some places that have never experienced an American musical before. Rebecca Mason-Wygal is joining the cast of Valley Performing Arts Center's inaugural production of Hansel and Gretel: A Wickedly Delicious Musical Treat! With a pop-punk score by Chicago-based musician Justin Roberts, and featuring interactive projection-sets, Hansel and Gretel brings the classic fable into the modern world with a hysterical script and a cinematic flair. Located in Northridge, CA, this will be VPAC's first-ever in-house production, and will start its touring life in Santa Barbara. Suitable for children of all ages, get ready to celebrate SUGAR - the perfect food.
Everyone's got to hang up their disco balls sometime. After three years, 49 states and three countries, Rebecca will be saying goodbye to the North American National Tour of Mamma Mia! This production has given Rebecca some of her best friends and most memorable performance experiences. But, like Sophie says: "I have a dream... a song to sing..." - so keep an eye out for the next exciting adventure!

Happy Holidays from La La Land! While on a brief hiatus from her flashy musical tour, Rebecca booked and filmed two projects in her home town of Los Angeles. Look for her in an upcoming episode of MTV's "Catfish: The Untold Stories", and on Funny Or Die in a sketch titled "Stop Eating So F$#ink Much".
Bienvenidos a Bogota! Rebecca and the exuberantly talented cast of the North American National Tour of Mamma Mia! brought their glitz and spandex to Colombia's capitol city for the month of August, and while they were there, Rebecca brushed up on her Spanish AND starred as Rosie, the show's comedic lead!
Home again, home again! Rebecca returns to Los Angeles for a brief hiatus, but just long enough to reunite with her home base, Coeurage Theatre Company! Rebecca got to sing for Tribute 2.1, Coeurage's benefit cabaret, introducing audiences to our new home at the Lyric Hyperion Theater and Cafe in Silverlake, CA. Rebecca was privileged to go on in an extended run as Donna Sheridan in the North American Broadway National Tour of Mamma Mia!, subbing in for castmate Georgia Kate Haege. Rebecca can now count complete runs in Durham, North Carolina, Bangor, Maryland, and Dallas, Texas amongst her other appearances as Donna (including San Francisco, CA, Tempe, AZ, and Costa Mesa, CA, among others). The cast and band of Mamma Mia! have begun a series of cabaret performances benefitting The Trevor Project, to be titled Cabaret For A Cause. Throughout the remainder of 2014, this talented group will be organizing Cabaret For A Cause performances in Pittsburgh, PA, Philladelphia, PA, San Francisco, CA, and Dallas, TX. The Trouble With Words closed to great critical acclaim and public response. Now it's time to dig right back in, as Rebecca joins the cast of Coeurage Theatre Company's next offering, Brian Friel's Translations. In this classic Irish play about the fragility of language, Rebecca will be joing this stellar ensemble cast as Bridget. Translations will open at The Lost Studio Theatre (130 S. La Brea, Los Angeles) on May 25th, and run through June 23rd. As always, tickets are Pay-What-You-Want!
Rebecca recently wrapped production on a new pilot, Be The Church - a spoofy look at youth ministry groups, that's remenicent of Saved and The Office. Rebecca plays the dedicated (however lemming-like) follower, Verity, in this screwball comedy. Alright, folks. Prep your moustache for some twirling. This June, Rebecca will be returning to Durango, Colorado, for her third consecutive season with the Durango Melodrama & Vaudeville. This summer will include "The Two Orphans (or In the Hands of Heaven)" by Eugene Corman & Adolphe Philip D'Ennery, featuring Rebecca as La Frochard. Melodrama remains the only artform where vigorous booing constitutes high praise.
This is no April Fools! Rebecca will be extending her contract with ArtsPower National Touring Theatre, joining the cast of From the Mixed Up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler! Throughout April and May, Rebecca will be touring as the title character in this smart and screwy musical!

To start things off right, Rebecca will be rejoining ArtsPower National Touring Theatre in New York City, this time embarking on the national tour of their WWII drama, Lily's Crossing. Get out the sleigh bells! Rebecca joins Sierra Repertory Theatre in Sonora, CA, for their production of Roger Bean's The Winter Wonderettes (as the quriky, anal-retentive Missy), to help spread some Christmas Cheer! Directed by Artistic Director Scott Viets, the swinging 60's Christmas fun will run from November 18th - December 17th.

Happy Halloween! Rebecca will be returning to the Henry Strater Theatre in Durango, CO, to play Janet in their seasonal production of Richard O'Brien's The Rocky Horror Show! Rebecca will be doing the Time Warp again and again through the end of October.
Rebecca will be spending the Summer 2011 season at the Durango Melodrama & Vaudeville in Durango, CO. This will be Rebecca's second time appearing at the historic Henry Strater Theatre, and as the theatre will be mounting two productions to be performed in rotating repertory, Rebecca will have the chance to play the good guy (as Comfort Kirkland in The Pursuit of Happiness) AND the bad guy (as Dicey Morriss in After Dark). The season will run through September 24th.
Rebecca closed a four-month tour of My Heart In A Suitcase with ArtsPower National Touring Theatre, as Mrs. Lehman ("Mutti"). As a part of this production, Rebecca was able to travel across the country, bringing awareness of the Holocaust and the Kindertrasport to audiences across the nation, while she had the honor of meeting the woman on whom the play was based (Anne Lehman-Fox), and several other Holocaust survivors.
